Sponsorship in action

Sponsoring Young Engineers means more than helping us
with funding, o
ur sponsors use it as a way of:

  • Contributing to their local communities

  • Engaging with prospective future employees

  • Developing their existing employees

  • Raising their company's Brand awareness and CSR profile

  • Making a genuine difference to the UK's future generation
    of engineers

Some of our sponsors develop their own unique competitions such as the Engineeering Experience and project Eggs Factor, while others use our existing products, such as our highly successful STEM Challenge Days,  as an effective way to support  their local communities.

All sponsors are involved with the UK's biggest and best annual engineering and science event - The Big Bang Fair: the UK Young Scientists & Engineers Fair

The Big Bang Fair

As a partner in the Big Bang's management team, Young Engineers is at the forefront of work to raise awareness of engineering with young people and encourage them to consider a career as an engineer. Young Engineers and our sponsors are important in driving the development of current and new initiatives.

The national Big Bang Fair features the national finals of the Young Engineer for Britain Competition and is a showcase for our clubs to present the projects they have developed during the year. It's a showcase for our sponsors too: an opportunity to highlight your contribution to projects big and small and your work with Young Engineers.
